Provide technical support to our customers in the Service Station industry through quick problem resolution as part of the Tech Support Team.

I.                 Key Responsibilities

\n\nProvide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction through quick problem resolution\nBring the customer’s voice alive within the marketing and engineering teams to drive innovation\nEnsure product quality issues are identified and reported accurately\nWork closely with other departments to enhance their expertise and responsiveness to customer needs.\nInitiate continuous improvement projects.\nContinuously develop product knowledge and customer skills.\n\n

II.                Relationships

\n\nPosition reports directly to Ted Ostrowski\nPosition is key member of the Veeder Root Tech Support team.\nPosition interacts with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales and Marketing  \n\n

III.               Measures of Performance 

\n\nProblem Escalations and Resolutions\nCustomer Responsiveness to incoming calls and emails.\nAbility to learn and support new products \n

I.                         Background and Skill

\n\nExperience working in a customer facing role, or equivalent experience requiring active communication via phone/email in a problem-solving context\nExperience in a technical role that requires exposure to troubleshooting or problem solving\nDemonstrated technical aptitude\nComputer skills with Microsoft Office required. \nAble to work hybrid to Simsbury CT and scheduled hours.\n
