PRODUCT SUPPORT TEAM Manager II
This program requires US Citizenship Remote **Job Summary:** The IT Project Coordinator/Scrum Master is responsible for managing the execution of IT projects while ensuring the team follows agile methodologies. This role involves coordinating project tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project delivery within the specified timelines and budgets. As a Scrum Master, the individual will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team is focused on achieving the sprint goals. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Project Coordination:** Coordinate the project schedule, resources, tasks and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery of IT solutions. + **Scrum Facilitation:** Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. + **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. + **Process Improvement:** Continuously work to improve team efficiency by helping to remove impediments and fostering an environment of collaboration. + **Documentation:** Maintain and update project documentation, including tracking progress against goals, milestones, and deliverables. + **Risk Management:** Identify and manage project risks and issues, working with the team and stakeholders to resolve them promptly. + **Team Support:** Mentor and guide the team on Scrum practices, ensuring that agile principles are followed. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field. + At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT environments. + Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks. + Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. + Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) + Proficiency in MS Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Word + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.). + Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a high pace and demanding environment. + Detail oriented **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with system migration and software development lifecycle. + Project Management (PMP) is a plus. + Experience working in large, complex IT and/or Bioinformatics projects. + Federal contracting experience preferred. **Position Details:** + Pay Rate / Range: $30-$39.09 _The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions._ + Benefits (Regular, Full Time Employees): + Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings + Weekly Direct Deposit + Paid Holidays and Personal Time Off + 401(k) with match + Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short / Long Term Disability, plus other voluntary coverages + Pre-Paid Legal and Employee Assistance Programs + Northwest Federal Credit Union Membership + BB&T @ Work Program **_ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans_**
