Description We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to support critical business operations and decision-making processes. Your expertise will help analyze and visualize spatial data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Responsibilities: • Collect, process, and analyze geospatial data from sources such as GIS systems, aerial imagery, and LiDAR. • Develop and maintain GIS databases and regularly update maps to ensure accuracy. • Perform advanced spatial analyses, including buffer, overlay, network, and geostatistical analysis. • Design and produce high-quality maps and visualizations using tools like ArcGIS or similar GIS software. • Implement GIS-based solutions to address business challenges, including optimizing routes and allocating resources effectively. • Stay informed on the latest GIS technologies and integrate best practices into workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate GIS insights into engineering, planning, and marketing strategies. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate GIS findings to stakeholders. • Provide technical support and training to team members on GIS software and methodologies.
