What you will be doing: + Deliver top-tier support alongside the sales team, assisting with pre- and post-sale services to exceed client expectations + Provide comprehensive on-site, remote, and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support of Iteris detection and signal-related ITS devices + Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for Iteris equipment under maintenance/service contracts, emphasizing responsiveness and accountability + Uphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in the use of bucket trucks + Foster strong client relationships by delivering professional, timely, and effective technical solutions + Regularly travel (up to 50% overnight) to ensure optimal on-site project support What you need to be successful in this role: + IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) required; IMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferred + Minimum of 5 years of field-based technical support experience with intersection traffic equipment (e.g., cabinets, controllers, detection systems) + Proven track record working with ITS equipment, whether for a manufacturer or in a municipal/contractor role + Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service, professionalism, and effective communication in high-stakes environments + Self-motivated, team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential + Must hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensively Iteris anticipates paying between $82,000 and $93,000 for this role.
