Product Support Snr Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Manager Product Manager will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven support bot, enhancing OHAI's customer support services and healthcare solutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to using AI to streamline support interactions, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies. Demonstrated experience with Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Knowledge of OHAI (Oracle Healthcare Applications & Infrastructure) framework and best practices. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
