Your day to day
Ensure high quality customer service and technical troubleshooting to both internal and external customersProactively research and integrate product changes into daily support processWork with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment programCreate and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reportsMaintain a consultative approach to customer support and program implementationAct as an intermediary between customers & internal teams to resolve escalated & technical issuesMaintain the customer-facing knowledge-based documentationPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring To The Team
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a customer support role required, preferably supporting a SaaS productExcellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaSStrong interpersonal and customer management skillsExcellent time management skillsAdaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independentlyHigh energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitudeDemonstrated ability to develop technical skillsExperience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools is desirableExperience troubleshooting browsers, networks, and general HTML is an added bonusDemonstrate smart decision making with attention to detailAbility to identify resources and achieve exceptional customer satisfactionAbility to support APAC hours (including Singapore)Why Proofpoint
