We are seeking a Product Specialist to assist customers with product selection, order processing, and upselling opportunities. This role is not a traditional sales position-there are no cold calls, lead generation, or negotiations-but rather a consultative customer service role where knowledge of products and the ability to ask the right questions are key.

Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and emails from existing customers looking to place orders.Provide expert guidance by asking clarifying questions to ensure customers select the right products.Offer suggestions on product upgrades and additional services based on customer needs.Maintain a friendly, upbeat personality to engage with customers and ensure a positive experience.Ideal Candidate:Customer service experience with a consultative or product-focused approach.Comfortable working in a blue-collar environment and able to handle direct communication.Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about the company's offerings.Punctual and reliable-attendance is crucial!Outgoing, with thick skin and the ability to thrive in a laid-back but fast-paced office.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
