As a Product Specialist in FNB Personal Core Banking , you will be responsible to provide specialist product advice.

Are You Someone Who Can ​

Cost & Financial Management:

Support cost management within the approved budget to ensure product profitability and efficiency.

Customer-Centric Payment Solutions:

Assist in delivering innovative payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive digital adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Operations) and external partners (regulators, fintechs, merchants) to support product initiatives.

Regulatory & Industry Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payments regulations and industry trends.

Strategy Execution & Product Support:

Assist in translating payment strategies into actionable projects and track performance against key metrics.

Process Improvement & Risk Management:

Help implement business processes that minimize risk and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis & Market Research:

Conduct product research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Market Expansion & Innovation:

Support the exploration of new payment solutions, emerging technologies (e.g., PayShap, Request to Pay, Open Banking), and strategic partnerships.

Professional Development:

Continuously enhance payments expertise through training, research, and participation in industry discussions.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

Bachelor of commerceField: Business Management, Informatics, Business information systems Postgraduate is advantages
