What You Can Expect

The CMF&T Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales and business growth of cranio-maxillofacial and thoracic products, including implants, instruments, fixation devices and robotics brain. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.

How You'll Create Impact

1. Sales & Business Development

    Promote and sell CMF&T product portfolio to surgeons, hospitals.    Drive the sales of robotic-assisted surgical systems for functional neurosurgical procedures.    Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.    Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.    Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers.    Build and maintain long-term relationships with neurosurgeons - Highlight the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of robotic-assisted functional neurosurgery    Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.    Address technical queries from customers and coordinate with the internal technical team when necessary.

3. Market Analysis

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.

4. Planning & Forecasting

    Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.    Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.What Makes You Stand Out     Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.    Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.Your Background

Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.

Experience:

    2–5 years of sales experience in the medical device or Capital sales preferably in Neuro segment (Like robotics/navigation for neuro)    Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.    Desire to learn new technology like CMF&T, RoboticsTravel Expectations
