Product Sourcing Administrator

As a Product Sourcing Administrator at Bunzl, you will be instrumental in the timely and accurate setup of items in our system. Your responsibilities will include thorough product analysis, communicating with suppliers, and collaboration with various departments to align sourcing strategies with company objectives. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of one day in the office per week or as needed.

Responsibilities:

Complete ownership of item setup in company software, with attention to specific product details and pricing info. Communicate directly with Corporate Administration team, working together to ensure timely setup of items. Maintain accurate records of item setup status to ensure timely turnaround time for customers. Proactively identify and help to mitigate potential risks in the Supply Chain. Ensure all product sourcing documentation is accurate and complete. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in product sourcing or relevant business experience, preferably in distribution. Proven experience in SmartSheets. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills. Problem-solving skills are essential. Industry-specific knowledge is a plus. AS400 experience is highly preferred.
