What You'll Be Doing

Expert in all Hematology product lines, first point of contact for customers and Sales Force on technical matters, as Product Sales Specialist, in partnership with sales agents or autonomously, you will promote actions in field with the goal to accomplish Technical Sales of reagents, instrument, automation systems, for our Hematology and Urine products lines.

Candidates must have an advanced Hematology knowledge, that will be proved through a specific interview with a specialist.

Your main responsibilities…
 

Sales Support for deep technical/scientific topics for Hematology, to help customers and overcome their objectionsSupport profitable sales growth in the local market for the assigned customersPerform demonstrations of Beckman’s instrumentation/reagents in field and/or at BEC site (only on Stand-Alone Instruments), promoting continuous knowledge growth about our systemsPlan and execute customers meetings to discuss complex technical matters to create and finalize tender solutionsBuild strong relationships with customers finalized to become their trusted consultantCustomers follow-up visits to verify the general status of installed instrumentation and enforce customer trust and loyaltyEnsure the commercial effectiveness of customers visits sharing with Sales & Service Force all relevant info collectedFor each region, establish Sales Force’s product knowledge gaps and solve themCooperate in data collection on competitors and market needs, to improve market positioning and penetrationPoint of contact for analytics matters in partnership with Customer Care departmentRun Business Review
 

What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us
 

University´s degree in Biology, Biotechnology or similar with previous experience in an Application/Product Specialist role OR as Researcher/Lab Technician/ Volunteer in a University Hospital laboratorySounded knowledge of Hematology. Previous working experience exactly in this domain is an advantage.Excellent communication skills with ability to explains complex information to others in straightforward situationsProblem solver, customer centric, goal oriented and proactive, with enterprising spiritAvailable to travel up to 80/90% of the time
