The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director EMEA, the Product Sales Specialist Chemical Safety is a key member of the sales team and a subject matter expert for our chemical safety products. As a specialist in chemical safety, this role supports our customer base with expert advice, training and guidance based on specialist knowledge, market research and developments combined with a strong background in chemical safety. This role includes developing sales, price and profitability strategies and identifying opportunities for business growth together with sales leadership. efficiencies; and driving profitable growth.
This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You’ll Do at Justrite: Contributing to define strategic objectives and growth goals for the assigned product categories. Being the go-to product category expert with knowledge of the overall market, key players, (regional) norms & compliance, and Justrite’s unique winning features providing internal and external technical support. Collaborating with regional sales teams to drive Justrite Safety Group’s market penetration to a leading position in targeted segments through end-user targeting and product range curation with distributors. Collaborating with global marketing and product management to develop and deploy winning value propositions and to help drive local new product introduction (NPI) toll gates. Following market pricing and margin potential and helping develop and manage pricing strategies and customer negotiations. Participating in market committees to drive standards. Performing product demonstrations and training for customers, staff, and other stakeholders. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to define business opportunities to gain market share. Building and maintaining customer relationships. Partnering and strategizing with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams for product knowledge, development, and customer satisfaction. Identifying new market opportunities together with sales leadership. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by distribution channel, product category, and end-user segments. Create and deploy sales growth countermeasures directly informed by A3, or other formalized problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.
  Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field >5 Years of relevant experience in the chemical industry and/or industrial channel Knowledge of and experience with chemical safety products and supply Knowledge of regulatory compliance and complexity in Europe and the UK Background in a fast-paced, B2B technology sales environment History of helping sales teams in closing deals Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners Able and willing to travel at 30% or greater If you are interested in this position, please contact me by sending an email to danny.pol@trsselect.com or call me at 0646945782
