About The Role
As a Product Support Representative Senior, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.

About The Team
As a member of the Product Support Team, you will work to support an FIS trading and compliance application by working with internal teams, like development and operations, to resolve client inquiries or issues.

What You Will Be Doing

Learn how financial theory and risk management methodologies are applied in practice.Analyse and solve client issues via phone, ticketing portal and email. By doing so, you will get to know our software, our customers, their needs, and the variety of functional and technical issues that can arise during product development, implementation and post-implementation.Interact between client, development, sales and product management depending on client issue.

Contribute to our agile software development process from the business requirement phase until testing phase.Define and execute testing strategy based on a solid understanding of the client requirements.Perform business analysis and solution design.Provide technical and analytical support, train our consultants.

What You Will Need

Banking and Financial Industry experience.Asset and Liability Management experience strongly preferred.Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills (team player).Dynamic and energetic personality with entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to absorb new concepts quickly, think independently and solve problems efficiently.Any technical knowledge (SQL DBs, Web Apps on IIS, AWS/ Azure Cloud, Splunk, etc.) will be an advantage.  Knowledge of FIS products and services a plus but not required.A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, or an equivalent diploma.
