Pay Rate: $26.49 - $29.43 per hour

About the Role:
As a Product Repair Technician with PDS Tech Commercial, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing critical aerospace components. Your role directly impacts the safety and performance of aerospace systems, especially the AH-64 mechanical components. You will troubleshoot, repair, and modify pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to validating and verifying systems while following strict specifications and standards in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with disassembling system components to support failure correction and implement required changes. Troubleshoot and isolate faults in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, repairing defective parts. Perform validation/verification testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of systems and components. Fabricate and modify aerospace products in strict adherence to technical specifications. Assist in the safe handling of aerospace vehicles, including tasks like jacking, towing, and system operation. Work under supervision to repair, modify, and assemble AH-64 mechanical components daily.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and writing in English. Ability to pass certification classes, including Torque, Safetying Practices, Mixing, and Sealant. Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for extended periods. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.    

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical systems in aerospace or related fields. Familiarity with AH-64 mechanical components is highly preferred. Previous experience in aerospace product repair, modification, or assembly.

Pay Details: $26.49 to $29.43 per hour
