Your role

Be the Global Quality representative for in the commercial CMC teams and in the GPS teams for the products in scope Assure an end to end and cross-sites product-oriented quality oversight for the products in scope and identify and escalate Quality Risks related to the manufacturing and supply of the productsCoordinate Quality Alerts that impact commercial products and/or medical devices in scope Identify, escalate and mitigate Quality Risks related to the manufacturing and supply of the productsAct a Global Quality operational function in global processes described in Global HCQ procedures for products in scope

 

Who you are

Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Change Control, Technical Transfers.Regulatory Agencies Inspection experience Experienced in leading in a global matrixed environment.Team working experience as a team leader. Project Management skills.Ability to build trust and confidence at all levels and quickly earn credibility with senior leadersAbility to work well in teams and collaborate across diverse groups and culturesRelationship Management: customer & supplier focusBusiness mindset with demonstrated ability of analytical thinkingNegotiation and organization skills as well as communication and influencing skillsExperience with alliance partners, customers, external contract manufacturing sites (CMO), working cross-functionally in a matrix
