The RingCentral Telco team is developing a next-generation telecommunications service. It allows the users of the service to make audio calls and operate high-end biz communications features on top of audio calling.
Users can operate the audio-calling service via  hardphones, softclients (desktop & mobile) and different 3d-party applications.
The audio calling service is built on top of SIP\VoIP technology, in which the the audio calls can operate and adapts the quality to various networks: Ethernet, WiFi, 3G, LTE.
We are currently looking for strong Product Managers for the project, which has been started several years ago and has now reached the “maturity” phase and is subject to continuous expansion.

What will you do:

Perform the role of Product Owner in the Scrum-based process of developing cloud-based telecommunications software.

Identify, develop and prioritize the requirements in the process of development of new product features.

Formulate the requirements in the form of user stories and technical tasks organized in the form of a ranked list (product backlog).

Develop software acceptance criteria and drive sprint demo

Determine the composition of releases (sprint and release scope).

Perform timely resolution of issues related to clarification and adaptation of requirements.

Ensure constant, proactive interaction with customers and development teams while working on requirements.

What we expect:

Experience as a Product Owner, system analyst, architect, developer or project manager in projects related to the development of complex software systems.

Experience in IT - at least 3 years.

Solid experience (as a PM) in developing the communications products and services (preferably, in Telephony domain, or in UCaas, messaging and\or video)

Excellent analytical skills in solving problems in the area of cloud-based software development.

Understanding of Scrum, understanding of the role of the Product Owner in Scrum, desire to work according to Scrum.

Experience in successful development of Enterprise applications.

Ability to quickly find and assimilate new information.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills, ability to effectively convey information verbally and graphically.

Higher engineering education.

Upper-intermediate spoken and written English.
