Product Owner - Service Solutions (Subscriptions Management & Contract Administration)

The Product Owner will actively work with all stakeholders to prioritize, deliver and sustain valuable initiatives, that drive successful outcomes for our customers, dealers and company. This role will own and lead initiatives focused on the transformation of our Subscriptions Management, Contract Lifecycle Administration, and Management solutions. This position will be based in Lisle, IL with up to 10% travel expectations. Responsibilities Lead the design and management of contract administration and subscription related services and solutions Ensure a clear vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap to develop these services at International Work with stakeholders and incorporate internal and external feedback to identify ideas, initiatives and features that deliver true business value to the end-user, meet or exceed company objectives, and align with the overall International digital ecosystem, strategy and vision. Collaborate with other Product Owners, Product Management, Product Designers, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Engineers, and Customer Care on near- and long-term product roadmaps and initiatives. Maintain a prioritized Product Backlog and portfolio Roadmap, which may cross multiple value-streams. Ensure both are visible, transparent, and clear to all. Present ideas, insights, accomplishments, roadmap plans, and outcomes to all stakeholders. Communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally to drive alignment. Participate in key agile ceremonies and drive work against the Product Backlog within one or more Scrum teams, including organizing the work into Epics, Features, and Stories, with Acceptance Criteria, that meet the Definition of Ready. Define and measure performance indicators (quantitatively and qualitatively) to determine areas of success, improvement and change over time. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Progressively responsible work experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar role following Agile software development practices. Experience working on payment solutions, contract and subscription management, and/or closely related capabilities. Conduct discovery and design related activities to drive deeper understanding and clarity around requirements and associated value measures. Maintain and prioritize product backlog and portfolio roadmap, which may cross multiple value-streams.
