Job Description

As Product Owner Salesforce you will drive and steer the prioritization, refinement and implementations of CRM platform features like customer hierarchy, customer segmentation and customer & contact master data management building the foundation for efficient data flows and the CRM capabilities developed by other product teams as well as business growth.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate needs Translate needs into product requirements & feature requests Define vision & product roadmap Manage product backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements Set sprint goals Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development Connect with the product team and end-users to deliver updates Contribute to overall platform vision, roadmap, and business case Establish and continuously improve product governance and compliance Drive Customer Relationship Management customer master data quality governance & improvements

 

Profile requirements:

 

Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or Information Technology At least 5 years of experience as project manager or product owner Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Account & contact management Salesforce certifications are a plus Strong ability to involve and motivate people from different areas of the organization Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen. Outstanding communication skills Experience in global stakeholder management Experience with master data quality and data governance Very good ability to think abstractly and analytically Very good ability to prioritize deliverables effectively
