Product Owner Life Savings


We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of financial life products within our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.


What you do

· Define the vision and strategy for financial life products, aligning with company goals.

· Coordination of a IT Team and a group of projects

· Plan all activities requested by the OE regarding the IT Plan

· Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the highest value features are delivered first.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective product delivery.

· Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide continuous product improvements.

· Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

· Monitor product performance and implement adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

· Stay updated with market trends and innovations in the financial life insurance sector.

· Develop software in agile teams and implement software engineering techniques and methods

 

What you bring

· Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.

· Strong understanding of financial life products and the insurance market.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

· Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

· Fluency in English.

· Experienced knowledge in HTML5, CSS and Angular2+. Knowledge on Spring Boot, Maven, Git and GitHub. Knowledge on architecture and web services (HTTP, SOAP, REST – microservices, JSON).

· Knowledge of EPAC solutions.
