We are currently looking for a **Product Owner – HR Chatbot and Digital Adoption** in order to complete our **IT HR** department. **Position Snapshot** + Location: Barcelona + Type of Contract: Permanent + Stream: IT HR + Type of work: Hybrid + Work Language: Fluent Business English **The role** In this position, you will be responsible for the definition of strategy, roadmap and backlog management of the **Virtual Assistance and Digital Adoption Product** supporting the HR Virtual assistant and digital adoption platform technology within the **IT HR organization** . **What you’ll do** + You will define and maintain product vision and execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of the product while meeting requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost. + Analyze data to ensure applications are properly perceived, used and adopted. Run user community engagement initiatives and seek for continuous product related feedbacks. + Work with other IT HR Product Teams and different HR stakeholders to understand how your product can support the adoption of other processes and services provided to Nestlé Employees. + Drive the product team to deliver world class HR technology experience to our employees and HR professionals. + Keep high standards in product objectives delivery and comply with broader IT mission statement. **We offer you** We offer more than just a job.
