This role involves representing business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine, and communicate their needs, ensuring that technical delivery teams can build effective solutions. You need a detailed understanding of customer needs, business vision, and strategy to prioritize investment, business value, and delivery. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with multiple development teams and serves as the day-to-day decision maker, offering ongoing business guidance to the execution team. You are responsible for prioritizing the execution team’s tasks to align with sponsor or business executive strategies. Additionally, you collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and mitigate risks, including operational risks, escalate issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities: You collaborate with the team to build and continuously optimize a dynamic and clear product backlog to ensure maximum functionalityYou authentically assess technical integrations between various enterprise software systems to ensure seamless operationYou develop and articulate detailed user stories to ensure all team members share the same goals and visionFurthermore, you consistently prioritize the product backlog to guarantee rapid and valuable delivery for the businessYou actively participate in team planning meetings and provide valuable support, clarity, and expertise during each sprint executionYou carefully review, accept, or reject completed work from the development sprint to maintain the highest quality standardsMoreover, you effectively present the new product functionality to internal stakeholders after each sprint to gather their feedbackYou demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes to continuously grow and excelQualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldYou bring strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies and business areas, along with a readiness to work cross-functionallyLong-term industry experience as a Product Owner that includes a deep understanding of market challenges and opportunities in the area of cloud-based access control solutions that you can apply
You have profound experience in product ownership within a product-based development organization, with proven successesProficient use of agile methodologies, best practices, and critical tools to foster effective processes that you can help implement
Extensive knowledge in access control is essential for you to develop secure and efficient solutionsExcellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teamsYou demonstrate a proactive and self-reliant work style that enables you to tackle challenges independentlyYour experience applying Scrum methodologies ensures agile and scalable product development
