Product Owner - Dynamics 365 Durban or Remote

In order to be considered the following is required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management. Deep D365 experience an advantage Strong understanding of the Microsoft ERP / CRM Stack, including D365 Customer Engagement Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum practices Responsibilities:
D365 Champion: Be the domain expert on the implementation and optimisation of D365 and champion D365 within the business Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer needs Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, rigorously refining, prioritizing, and validating the work that the development team undertakes Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to define and execute against product roadmaps and release plans Feature Development: Work closely with the development team to ensure features are well-defined and meet the needs of the business. Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring all deliverables are thoroughly tested User Stories and Requirements: Write detailed user stories and requirements to guide the development process. Business Requirements: Deep understanding of the end user (both front facing employees and customers) to ensure solutions are optimised for their needs Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation to ensure easy comprehension and use of the platform by business stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Conduct market research to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative. Analyse existing practices and ‘best in class’ solutions to identify areas for improvement Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Training and IP Transfer: Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of the D365 platform. Transfer D365 IP to key role players Data: Actively contribute to the implementation and evolution of data governance
