The anticipated salary range for this role is between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. **SUMMARY:**
The role is the Credit Fraud Risk Technology (CFRT) Product Owner for Jenius Bank. This person will work closely with multiple functional teams to identify and define capabilities to advance the bank. These functional teams would include Credit, Fraud, Product, Engineering, and others. The capabilities are going to be prioritized against, and maintain alignment with, defined OKRs to create value for our customers
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work with stakeholders to evolve and document the business’ objectives.
+ Partner with Engineering to design, plan, and develop a solution that will achieve the objectives, and account for growth and change within the organization.
+ Collaborate with team members to establish delivery plans, schedules, and status.
+ Maintain alignment with, and ensure delivery to, targeted schedule.
+ Propose and drive initiatives that will strengthen the CFRT platform.
+ Communicate plans and status to leadership and other colleagues.
**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:**
+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience documenting business objectives using Agile methodologies (Jira preferred).
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner.
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services (Onboarding, Credit, and/or Fraud experience preferred).
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred), or 10 years’ experience.
