Role overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Artificial Intelligence Program, driving the implementation of key initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define and deliver innovative digital solutions enhanced with AI and GenAI capabilities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. As a key player in the process, you will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring successful product delivery.
What are the key challenges for this role?
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the digital transformation goals, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders are aligned.Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, stakeholder input, and customer feedback.Execution: Act as the key interface between the business and the development team, mastering project development methodologies (such as agile, waterfall, rapid prototyping, etc.), ensuring the correct project executionUser Story Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables that guide the development team in building digital solutions.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts or blockers.Customer Focus: Advocate for end-users by ensuring the product delivers maximum value and optimal user experience, continuously refining product features based on feedback.Project Management: define and track the proper delivery of the solution designed supporting the governance team with status update and making things happen.Performance Tracking: Measure product performance using KPIs and analytics, and iteratively improve digital solutions to meet business objectives.Change Management: Support the adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization, providing guidance and training where necessary.How is success defined in this role?

Who are we looking for?
STEM Master’s degree5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with proven experience in digital transformation or Artificial Intelligence projects within large organizationsDirect experience in manufacturing or industrial enviroment is a strong plus.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Certification in Agile or Project Management methodologies is a plus.Additional information
