About You- experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Minimum 5 years in a related role: product management, product owner, technical leadership, or similar discipline.2 years working in with a customer-facing, cloud based, Software-as-a-Service vendorExperience with Scrum methodology and Tools (Jira, Confluence)

What will you be doing in this role?

Leads a small development team independentlyManages team backlog, enhancement requests and feature prioritization • Prepares (Backlog Refinement) new Issues (User Stories and Bugs) together with the development team for the upcoming Sprints.Documents clear requirements and acceptance criteriaFacilitate effective communication between business and engineering teams to get tasks to completion and issues resolvedSupports development team during SprintEnsure new and existing features deliver a compelling experience for the end customerProvides clear guidance to other teams to facilitate product collaboration

Product you will be supporting
E-submission is a newly launched Java and AWS based SaaS solution within our IP segment. IPG applications are designed to securely manage and support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across the entire IP lifecycle. This drives IP awareness, improves planning and efficiency, and helps to increase market competitiveness across the globe.

About the Team

A digital workplace with the possibility to work in a central office location in Belgrade. Team is located between Belgrade and Gratz. For this role, PO will be part of the scrum team and work closely with QA Engineer, Development team and Product Manager. Product Owner will be reporting to Senior Product Manager.

Hours of Work   

This is a fulltime position, 40 hours per week with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position working in the office 3 days every other week.
