We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Owner to lead our Platform Operations within the Private Cloud domain. As a Product Owner, you will coordinate the operational activities carried out by the team, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for customers for all operational matters, driving efficiency and innovation in service delivery. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of the Managed IaaS Platform operations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Ensure the on-call schedules, managing the team backlog, and monitoring dashboards to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure the right talents are hired in the team and team members have the required knowledge and opportunities for professional development.
• Handle customer requests within agreed SLAs, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and security, to improve service quality and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities to enhance service quality and speed of delivery.
• Foster a structured and customer-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to inspire team members and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Proven experience as an IT Service Manager, IT Operations Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills to manage backlogs effectively.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing operational teams or service delivery functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on driving operational efficiency, security, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate diverse organizational interests
