Join us and we can make a difference together. **About This Role** Carrier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team as Product Owner, Central Finance. This position is responsible for driving a consolidated Central Finance product roadmap. The candidate will partner with ERP CoE RTR, OTC and PTP functional leads to develop best in class finance solutions aligned with overall ERP enterprise architecture in compliance with ERP CoE playbooks and implementation methodologies. This position will report to the ERP CoE Delivery Lead, Central Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Leads discovery workshops to validate digital strategies and define implementation plans + Serves as finance user advocate articulating business needs to build/run delivery teams + Works closely with build/run teams defining product delivery timelines aligning with capacity and velocity + Engages with delivery team in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospective, etc.) and has the capability to lead as needed + Owns the testing function ensuring successful completion of UAT cycles. Identifies, defines and delivers plans for test automation and performance testing + Demonstrates product expertise understanding the needs of the internal finance users and 3rd parties related to specific capabilities of Central Finance application platform to deliver continuous improvements. + Definition and reporting of key production metrics that align with OneCoE metrics **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience within information technology. + 3+ years of experience with digital application product ownership. + Bachelor’s degree. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, focus on Central Finance. + Degree in in computer science, Management of Information Systems or related field. + Experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions. + Demonstrated success working in a team environment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in different geographic locations. + Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. + Proven experience in communicating software product benefits and status. + Ability to effectively manage and motivate high performing software teams. + Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships. + Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. + Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments. \#LI-Hybrid RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
