Product Ops Specialist

About the role:

Gartner Peer Community is an influential network of business leaders where they can discuss key issues and critical business decisions. Product Operations Specialist consistently drives client visits, participation and engagement within Gartner Peer Community, ensuring a valuable experience where clients can learn from each other and get answers to their questions in an online community. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both product and client management along with excellent content creation & communication skills. In this role, you’ll work closely with the product, engineering, and content teams to improve the client experience and internal support processes.

What you will do:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Engineering or Business Studies or Economic/English Hons preferred

Overall, 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in a Product, Marketing or Community team

Encourage existing users to visit, contribute posts and share content through proactive outreach

Drive new users to the platform by extracting prospect lists through different databases and proactive outreach

Pull and analyze metrics regularly to identify patterns, trends and monitor forum health

Provide recommendations based on the analysis resulting in improved processes and client experiences.

Drive experiments to drive growth and contribution within the platform

Triage unanswered questions and other community requests.

Do Survey Setup & Planning on platform and proactive outreach to achieve desired number of survey responses

Manage internal stakeholders and align business objectives through client engagement

What you will need:

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to substantiate campaign strategies and value propositions.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and present reports/analyses.

Very Strong Oral & Written Communication skills.

Knowledge of different email tools like Eloqua, Lemlist, etc preferable.
