Alongside your role, you’ll take part in learning sessions designed to support your progression and development. Under the mentorship of the Operations teams, you will gain insight and access to different areas of the business and will be supported to develop your career. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include, • Streamlining operational processes to boost team efficiency. • Coordinating various operational aspects to enhance productivity and product delivery. • Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking to ensure timely project delivery. • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of projects, processes and decisions. • Supporting resource allocation and monitoring to ensure the team has the necessary tools. • Working with external vendors, suppliers and partners. • Generating reports and completing data analysis. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥? You will be a Graduate, although we’re open to different degree disciplines. There are however a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive.
