We strongly encourage women to apply and join us in driving forward our mission of inclusive mobility. **What You'll Do:** - **Strategy Development:** Partner with teams to craft and execute strategies that align with business priorities in Brazil. - **Business Acumen:** Monitor and analyze operational and financial metrics to guide strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities. - **Problem Solving:** Tackle challenges by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and evaluating trade-offs to determine the most effective approach. - **Process Optimization:** Enhance and scale essential processes across Brazil, continuously evaluating performance to boost efficiency. - **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners in operations, marketing, customer support, and more, ensuring smooth implementation of initiatives. **What You'll Need:** - **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in operations, business consulting, strategic planning, or a similar analytical role, also project management. - **Data-Driven Approach:** Utilize data analysis to make informed strategic decisions. Comfortable diving deep into data while maintaining a broad strategic perspective. - **English Proficiency:** Strong ability to convey information effectively in English to diverse audiences. - **Team Collaboration:** Exhibit optimism and respect, thrive in a team environment, and maintain positive relationships, even through disagreements. - **Execution Excellence:** Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. - **Planning & Organization:** Skilled at developing project plans with clear stages, milestones, and dependencies. **Bonus Points:** - **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools. - **Product Management Experience:** Ability to manage a broad product portfolio, understand specific needs, and devise tailored solutions to drive growth. - **CRM and Campaigns:** Knowledge of CRM systems and designing incentive campaigns to enhance user engagement and growth.
