*Key Activities:Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work.Build digital strategy including new initiatives and contribute to planning & executing Company’s strategies;Allocate resources, set target and ensure target achievement of ATL section;Be responsible for budget planning & forecast, budget usage monitoring and other budget strategies of ATL section;Collaborate with agency to create digital communication plan, ensure execution on schedule and implement measures across whole Company’s brands;Check all quotation for ATL in terms of cost efficiency and effectiveness maximization;Handle the resolution and propose improvement plan in case of unexpected issues that impact the Company especially troubles related to digital advertisement;Predict and identify risk in operation of ATL section to control any probability or impact on the Company;Maintain product positioning and RTB across all communications channels & align with channel/ Product Marketing to maximize communication effect to convert brand awareness to brand preference and brand purchase. Brand visibility package: together with the designer to develop innovative POSMs in line with brand guidelinesSponsorship & Events: validate media spend for optimal resultsFulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management Context & Environment
