Product Marketing Manager - Azure

We work closely with Azure Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), as well as sales, finance, and other teams to create, run, and improve programs and tools that support the strategic priorities of the Azure business. Our team designs, manages, and markets Azure programs and tools that will help our customers and partners to implement Azure solutions and the latest technologies. We strive to translate product complexities into actionable scale engines and go-to-market execution worldwide. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead our Seismic sales enablement platform and Azure field communications. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, data driven, and action-oriented problem solver who’s excited to help us meet our goal of providing sellers with the right content at the right time in an easy format to help accelerate deals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Manage the content publishing of all Azure product, Solution play, program, and skilling bill of materials (BOM) content – partnering with sales and marketing teams that content in published in a predictable and timely manner. + Regularly assess content performance across Azure GearUp Seismic site to understand the state and health of the site/content. Leverage quantitative performance data and qualitative seller feedback to make recommendations to Azure marketing and MCAPS leadership to increase content utilization across Azure field teams. + Represent Azure in cross company Seismic platform roadmap and capabilities conversations, ensuring the unique needs of Azure field and product marketing group are well-represented. + Drive field communications and seller readiness moments. Curate and manage fortnightly field newsletter, ad hoc field alerts, and coordinate seller briefings for flagship events like Ignite and Build. + Conduct content audits and archival planning: Work with reporting leads to pull reports and suggest assets for archiving based on engagement metrics. + Partner with Integrated marketing team, Azure offering PMMs, and field marketing managers to identify, nurture and produce customer stories demonstrating the impact of Azure offerings on customer projects. + Other + Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business + ORMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in technology and cloud services marketing + ORequivalent experience. + 1+ years' experience managing and providing user guidance on content management, automation, or sales enablement platforms for large sales organizations of 3k+ sellers. + 2+ years’ experience working in sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial technology businesses. + 2+ years' experience reviewing, analyzing, and making recommendations to leadership based on data and user feedback. + 2+ years' experience working with Seismic or other comparable scales sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe or Sprinklr) for organizations of 3k+ sellers **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business + ORMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experiencein technology and cloud services marketing + ORequivalent experience. + 2+ years’ experience managing and providing user guidance on content management, automation, or sales enablement platforms for large sales organizations of 3k+ sellers. + 3+ years’ experience project management experience, excelling at managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
