**PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER – VIETNAM**

**The Job:**
The **Product Marketing Manager** is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives in Vietnam, including researching and maintaining an understanding of market needs for products and value-added services. This role involves managing tradeshows, dealer and customer-related programs, and events, as well as overseeing the production of catalogues, posters, and other collateral to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Location: Hybrid preferably in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
You’ll get to:
+ Lead the development and expansion of a marketing team, with the goal of driving business growth to $20 million within three years.
+ Implement and oversee marketing initiatives in alignment with the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives related to sales, profitability, and market share.
+ Design, execute, and manage both short-term and long-term marketing plans and programs, ensuring they meet company goals in a cost-effective manner.
+ Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for product innovation and distribution expansion.
+ Initiate the development and execution of new product launches, actively gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
+ Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
+ Formulate and recommend pricing strategies for the Strategic Business Unit to ensure sustainable profitability and long-term market share growth.
+ Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing Teams to ensure seamless implementation of the marketing plan and the achievement of sales targets.

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experiences:
+ A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Marketing Manager or Senior Product Manager within an international company.
+ Preferably, experience in the Hardware/Industrial Durables industry, with a focus on both modern and traditional retail channels; experience in construction-related industries is a plus.
+ Advanced skills in MS Office for effective information management and presentation development.
+ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
