Job Description

Work Arrangement
This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis

What You’ll Do

Product definition:

Identify market opportunities, lead the framing of future product and drive decision makingCoordinate local team on program deliverables management as well as support gate reviews and decision approvalsFacilitate China market input into global product strategy developmentWork with program team to ensure seamless execution of China import products

Voice of customer:

Monitor market dynamics such as consumer trend and competitive activitiesEnsure market content and feature needs are captured in global programsSupport the markets for homologation readinessForm improvement proposals for model year and new generation changes

Product GTM:

Lead & finalize the market offer & pricing discussion for import productsDevelop product book to capture product highlights, competitive landscape, target customerDeliver product introductions to key internal stakeholdersRepresent TDG in key GTM events as product expert

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​   ​

Good knowledge in automotive products and businessStrong communication and presentation skillSelf-started and can drive for resultsGood business sense, can do balancing between principle and actual business implicationFluent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written5+ year experience in industrial / automotive field
