Product Marketing Manager, Android (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in marketing while working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). + Experience in retail operations and channel marketing with developing and implementing co-marketing agreements. + Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in developing and executing communications and marketing plans. + Ability to analyze data and deliver insights. + Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing and co-marketing strategies that drive product adoption and brand affinity in the Mexican market. You will be part of a performing team focused on establishing Android brand presence within the country. You will collaborate with Partnerships, Communications, Business and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey. + Analyze Mexico's specific tests and market risks using Google's first and third-party data, along with consumer research, to guide regional marketing initiatives. + Develop data analysis frameworks with internal tools and consistent tracking to assess the performance of marketing activities in the Mexican market. + Lead and manage the localization of global Go-to-Market (GTM) materials, ensuring translation and maintaining brand language across all partner-facing applications and various uses. + Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Carriers, and Retailers to lead Premium Android activations through aligned co-marketing campaigns, Business Representative training, and activations while tracking partner investment commitments. + Coordinate partner marketing activities, offering dedicated support on brand usage and product features throughout strategy, implementation, and approvals (including Partner Marketing Hub), to measure success, share findings, and improve operational efficiency for insightful strategy development.
