You will be responsible for the product marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands. Success will be influenced by your ability to develop a winning product marketing strategy, and to lead a team of product marketers to grow lead and opportunity pipeline.
 

As a Product Marketing Leader - Precision Sensors and Instrumentation, you will be responsible for:
 

Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs and market trends, develop and own the product marketing strategies for the three Precision Sensors and Instrumentation businesses (Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes).

Developing and deploying a common process for NPI (New Product Introduction) launches & commercialization activities (including sales enablement materials) across the three PSI businesses.

Developing and deploying a common process for existing product campaign activities (including sales enablement materials) across the three PSI businesses, reflective of where products are in their lifecycle.

Partnering with Product Management, Technology, Commercial and your team of Product Marketers to develop go-to-market strategic plans for specific products including value proposition development, positioning, messaging and commercial activation.

Partnering with the Regional Marketing Leader – PSI and the Digital Marketing Leader – PSI to ensure that product marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to as wide a target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members.

Providing leadership and direction to the Product Marketing team to enable them to run impactful and effective product marketing campaigns focused on generating leads and opportunity pipeline.

Partnering with the PSI Marketing Director to develop an all-encompassing marketing strategy for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc.) in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Have demonstrable, extensive experience in Product Marketing.

Have demonstrable experience of building and leading cohesive and successful teams (ideally in Marketing / Product Marketing) and takes a hands-on approach, leading by example to get the job done.

Have demonstrable experience of setting a vision with goals and a plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.

Be technically competent with expertise in value proposition development, product positioning, new product commercialization and a wide range of other marketing skills.

Have the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of globally located stakeholders.

Be influential, energetic, and enthusiastic, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.

Have very good oral and written English communication skills (additional languages would be advantageous).

Have the ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time as needed.
