The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Director/Senior Director for our Clinical Operations marketing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product enterprise software marketing in a dynamic, adaptive environment. Working closely with partners across Strategy, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, this individual will play a critical role in helping us refine and scale our marketing efforts to enable growth in our Clinical Operations business.What You’ll DoLead and mentor the Clinical Operations product marketing teamAct as the primary point person for Clinical Operations product marketing globallyCollaborate on marketing strategy and annual planning in conjunction with field marketing, strategy, and salesPartner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate to specific audiencesCraft compelling and succinct product messaging and positioningCreate content (e.g. thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of our solutionsMaintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentationsPlay a critical role in Veeva customer conferences, including planning the agenda, recruiting customer speakers, and creating customer content. Requirements7+ years experience in B2B product marketing, with prior success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions2+ years experience as a people managerExceptional written and oral communication with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messagingExcels in dynamic, global environments with competing prioritiesAbie to lead and influence across all functions and levelsStrong project management skills with exceptional attention to detailServant leader and team player with a positive attitudeNice to HaveFamiliarity with the life sciences industryExperience marketing to both net new and existing customersPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $125,000 - $250,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
