Product Marketing Associate
**Position Description** The product marketing team helps drive the strategy and executes on marketing initiatives that support our investment products and our sales goals. The team crafts compelling narratives that support all stages of the product journey across multiple channels and media. We work with partners across investments, distribution, product strategy and marketing to deliver this content. We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to support the firm’s key investment priorities in EMEA, working alongside our global team of asset class Product Marketing Leads across Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives. You’ll partner with investment teams as well as the broader marketing organisation to create presentations, brochures, sales flyers, and digital media content. **Responsibilities** + Work in partnership with portfolio management teams in EMEA across equities, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset strategies to refine delivery of key messages and develop marketing collateral + Adapt marketing collateral produced outside of EMEA to effectively meet the company’s EMEA distribution needs and resonate with the target market + Work with sales and marketing across institutional and intermediary channels to support EMEA sales activities + Project manage marketing material development through the approval process + Work on strategic initiatives and research projects for the team, such as competitor analysis and evaluating usage data to inform our best practices in story-telling and materials **Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience preferably in financial services, asset management or investment banking + A strong background and/or interest in financial markets is important, with experience in alternatives beneficial + Comfort with PowerPoint and Excel **Who you are** + Ability to take ownership of issues and have a problem-solving & growth mindset + Comfortable with ambiguity + Analytical creativity and intellectual curiosity with a strong attention to detail + Proactive and self-driven work style and a good team player + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Possess a willingness to communicate with all levels of the organisation + Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple partners and move projects forward + Capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects and occasional short-turn deadlines as needed + Interested in continuous learning (e.g. CFA Charterholder pathway) _Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
