Your role and responsibilities•\tMarket intelligence analysis such as identifying potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity.•\tDefining clear value proposition for sold products and new offering and working closely with marketing and communication teams to deliver the right messages to the key audiences.•\tDefining pricing strategies and models for sold products matching the targeted market position and the value product generates to the end customer.•\tCollaborates with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, communication, training, and sales initiatives to ensure best market coverage.•\tLeads product strategy alignment and strategic roadmap definition for the product responsible.•\tOwns product road map. Works with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products;
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial Engineering, or related fields. \tMinimum 5 to 8 years of work experience preferably in product management, technical sales or similar, experience in high power rectifier with water-cooling, excitation and/or power electronics industry is specifically preferred. \tA collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills\tExperience and skills in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority\tEnthusiasm and interest to understand evolving markets, emerging technologies, and customer needs in a broader context.\tProficient in business English, German is a plus.
