Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product or processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the projects from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the projects/products/processes on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. This role also involves significant leadership skills, such as influencing without authority, project management, problem management, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional experience in program / product management Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements Experience with application of AI to enterprise scenarios or an analytics background Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems. Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Career Level - IC2
