The Power Tools division of the Bosch Group is one of the world’s leading providers for power tools, power tool accessories and measuring tools. In 2023, with its roughly 20,000 associates generated sales of 5.9 billion Euros with brands such as Bosch and Dremel.

As part of the Power Tools division (PT), the business unit Global Tools (GT) is leading the Bosch power tool business in all regions worldwide.

Shanghai as one of the product development centers for the GT business unit is developing and managing Power Tools for the global markets we serve. Our purpose is to empower our users to build a better life.

1. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the economic success of the assigned product development projectsResponsible for all marketing related topics of the assigned product development projects

 

2. Job Tasks

Executes all marketing related tasks of the product development projects with support of expertise teams, e.g. UX planning, CRS, verbal concept, industrial design, launch package, marketing samplesAligns price positioning of new products with regionsDefines and tests product concepts, delivers product increments within projectsSupports ALR-projects, Change Requests and Product Concept Adjustments (Norm Changes, Life Cycle Management)Identifies product feature innovation opportunities for the respective product segmentSupports the Project Team in resolving and escalating impedimentsCommunicates to different stakeholders, e.g. region, sales, expertise teams to reach product development targets

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

Academic degree and 3 years+  work experience, ideally in product management or marketingInternational experience preferred

Hard Skills: competent in below skills

Deep market and user knowledge

Design thinking mindset & methods

Agile working methods(Scrum, Kanban, OKR, etc)

Analytic and negotiation skills

Planning and project management skills

Technical Knowledge in Product Development as a plus
