Lead the creation of key strategy documents, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.
Identify and address unmet or emerging customer needs, driving product and program improvements.
Coach the team on market positioning and the strengths/weaknesses of key competitors, and guide the team in using data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
Drive segmentation and targeting strategies to improve commercial efficiency.
Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning.
Accurately forecast resource needs and ensure their effective allocation.
Demonstrate financial acumen in managing budgets and profit plans.
Collaborate across functional teams to achieve business objectives, influencing and building partnerships as needed.
What you will need:Required:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience within the medical devices industry
Solid experience in marketing
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Preferred:
Experience in Orthopedics
Travel Percentage: 40%
