Job Description SummaryThe Monitoring Solutions & Diagnostic Cardiology (MS/DCAR) Product Manager is responsible for executing the strategy of both monitoring solutions and diagnostic cardiology product portfolios. Reporting to the AKA Segment Leader for MS/DCAR, the Zone Product Manager engages directly with customers and provides zone-specific market insights that influence the region strategy. This role provides product leadership to help drive win rate and market share in their respective market(s).

Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Execute the AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand) MS/DCAR strategy in Zone providing feedback when needed to address zone-specific issues.Gather both quantitative and qualitative data on the market in which the MS and DCAR segments play.Collect competitive insights on MS and DCAR products and feedback to AKA MS/DCAR Segment Leader.Keep abreast of current industry associations and work with AKA Segment Leader as well as AKA Product Marketing Leader to determine conference attendance plans.Work with AKA Product Marketing Leader to execute product-specific marketing strategies.Engage with Zone Commercial teams to be the first point of contact for product-related expertise. Work with Zone Applications to train/educate Zone Commercial teams, Channel Partners and end-user customers when needed, on technical aspects of the product portfolio as well as competitive positioning and value propositions.Attend end-user customer meetings in Collaboration with the Commercial and Applications teams where appropriate.Review funnel health and collaborate with Zone Commercial teams to address concerns.Assisting with the management of CSO (Customer Satisfaction Opportunity) case and attending Zone CSO escalation meetings as appropriate.Participate in the development of product specific KOL’s.Participate in the establishment of reference and show sites. 

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in healthcare product management, marketing or related field.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Track record of driving for results.Customer facing skills and the ability to present to groups of individuals.Deep expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding.Strong communication skills.Team player – collaborates well with colleagues in and outside the Zone.Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas.Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
