About the Role: 

The Product Manager II will lead the development and execution of one or more product features. They will create product development plans and represent their features within the cross-functional team, proposing new ideas based on a deep understanding of customer needs. They will prioritize and communicate customer issues and defects for timely resolution and lead demos at program milestones.

Responsibilities:

Engage regularly with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and prioritize them to ensure high satisfaction while driving product evolution.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate market changes that may impact the product.Collect and analyze data from customer feedback, market analysis, and sales data to inform product strategies and decisions.Conduct experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to assess product viability and guide development decisions.Address product-related issues independently and ensure timely resolutions.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to communicate product requirements, timelines, and support product launches.Assist in creating content for customer demos, sales collateral, and training materials.Drive the development of product features and prototypes to meet business goals and ensure alignment with agile development methodologies.Define and champion the strategic vision for assigned product features, using competitive analysis to drive direction and improve business performance.

Requirements:

4-6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading product features from concept to launch.Experience in customer-facing roles, delivering products that meet market demands and drive business impact.Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple product features and initiatives.Strong background in analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to guide product decisions.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required.Diverse experiences and perspectives are valued; a technical background in disciplines such as Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
