The DRV Product Management team supports the Auto, Commercial, Home and Life insurance markets to drive product and cost innovation. This team has a passion for developing new ideas, gathering, evaluating, and understanding customer use-cases through close and constant contact with customers, and supports key end-to-end lifecycle components from planning to release.

About the Role

The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.

This candidate will need be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA – 3x a week in office.


Responsibilities

Customer Focus: Interacts with customers to understand needs, uses customer frameworks, delivers commitments, and stays updated on market and competitors.

Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Analyzes data autonomously, uses dashboards for decision-making, and evaluates possibilities considering business implications.

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Executes launch plans, gathers product needs, trains partners, builds marketing materials, addresses complaints, and interacts with customers.

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads product roadmap execution, improves customer experience, coordinates activities, prioritizes requirements, and contributes to process improvements.

Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Contributes to product strategy, links personal goals to business strategy, and understands role's impact on product and business success.

Practices Self-Development: Is curious, acts on feedback, seeks developmental opportunities, and invests in self-development.

Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Asks effective questions, analyzes problems, proposes solutions, and manages day-to-day issues.

Innovates: Brainstorms for new approaches, seeks opportunities for new ideas, and experiments within role.

Requirements

Suggested minimum years of Product Management experience: 2-4 years

Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.

Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.

Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.

Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.

Demonstrated communication skills to work collaboratively both internally and externally

Insurance domain experience preferred
