Product Manager Gases Especiales

Reimagine What’s Possible 

We are looking for a Product Manager based in Barcelona for our sectors of Speciality Gases.

As a Product Manager, you will:

Work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product plans that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Set the long-term vision and strategy and deliver the operating plan for Special Gases: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.

Gain a deep understanding of the high purity gases segments, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

Work closely with the Sales teams to deliver targets of volume, revenue and profit, develop of new business opportunities and product and pricing strategies.

Drive product launches and communication, working closely with Comms and Operational Marketing, including the preparation of necessary documentation, sales material, technical sheets and brochures.

Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and Industria quimic acanalyses for management.

Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimize management of logistics.

Carry out promotional events, open days and exhibitions.

Carry out training for sales engineers and channel partners.

Network with OEMs and key stakeholders in the local market to obtain timely feedback on market trends and to sustain and develop Air Products’ brand as a quality supplier.

 

You will have:  

2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector.

Technical study (chemistry, engineering…).

Good communication and influencing skills.

High commercial acumen and results oriented.

Strategic and analytical mindset.

Excellent influencing and inter-personal skills.

Good organizational skills and excellent team player.

Self motivated and ability to work independently.

Fluent in Spanish and high level of English: any other language is an asset.

Availability to travel within Spain/Portugal some days per month.
