Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to work with internal and external technology developers to deliver solutions including providing delivery requirements and prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with the product team, customers, and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs and expectations of our stakeholders. You will also collaborate with other product managers, technical and functional managers, and business owners to align the product portfolio with the enterprise strategy. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional, technical and design to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. + Help shape the product vision and strategic roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives + Conduct research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features. + Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. + Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. + Keep senior leadership informed about project progress, risks and other critical updates + Serve as a primary point of contact between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred. + 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role + Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills - essential for teamwork and relationship-building + Analytical curiosity - to decode complex business challenges and turn them into actionable insights + Ability to thrive under pressure - in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges + Passion for technology and innovation - a drive to stay updated with the latest tech trends and continuously improve products. + Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ADO Preferred Skills: + Experience with budgeting and planning software tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar. + Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis. + Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
