The Product Manager - Data Strategy and Insights will manage data sourcing processes related to our Microsoft Azure based data lake and support leveraging the data for internal reporting use cases. This involves creating insights for sales campaigns, ensuring data quality, and enhancing organizational transparency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and business intelligence, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving internal processes.

Your mission will be…

1. Product Vision and Strategy:

Oversee data sourcing and data lake management:Identify, evaluate, and integrate data sources for customer-facing applications and internal analytics (PowerBI / API).Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proactive dependency management.Develop and maintain data sourcing strategies.Develop internal reporting solutions:Understand regional and global data needs and derive tailored solutions for sales enablement and data transparency.Promote self-service creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Maintain and communicate the product vision and strategy for the data lake in collaboration with other Product Managers, Architects, and governance teams.Collaborate with the Product Owner and other Product Managers to understand and deliver data solutions.Manage stakeholders, focusing on communication, expectation management, and risk and issue management.Align data initiatives with business goals and provide training on data tools and best practices.

2. Customer-Centric Design:

Apply design thinking principles to ensure user-friendly and reliable solutions.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on features.Support other Product Managers, stakeholders, data scientists, and data architects in refining data sourcing and data lake topics.

We are looking for someone with…

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence (PowerBI).Experience in data lake and integration architectures is a plus.Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
