Product Manager - Customer Domain

You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and market trends to create seamless and secure customer interactions, driving efficiencies and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
· Define the problems Customer Domain will solve for, identifying target users, and determining timelines.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of current customer capabilities to identify gaps, assess performance against industry standards, and recommend enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
· Align product vision with company strategy and set measurable goals and roadmaps. Develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in conjunction with product marketing team.
· Write compelling product requirement documents (PRDs) to drive clarity and purpose.
· Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the transformation of the Customer Domain, ensuring transparency and accountability among stakeholders.
· Prioritize features and enhancements based on user and customer feedback, market research and business needs. Use data-driven techniques to prioritize features.
· Assist in refining and grooming the product backlog to prepare it for prioritization and sprint planning.
· Gather, prioritize, and manage user stories and requirements in collaboration with the Sr. Product Manager and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the Product Team (includes engineers, designers and other stakeholders) during sprint review meetings to provide feedback and ensure completed work meets acceptance criteria. Actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement in product development processes.
· Write clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring they are well-understood by the development team.
· Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of acceptance criteria and successful delivery of user stories.
· Communicate clearly with your stakeholders and partner teams to ensure understanding of status and impact of your products or features.
· Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
· Ability to influence and persuade others through storytelling using data
· Strong cross functional relationship building and communication skills
· Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to operate in a white space environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· You are someone who understands the customer journey and has developed and delivered products to improve the customer experience and customer engagement
· You’ve built, customized or improved back-end products and services that can be leverage by other teams and systems.
· Experience working on global teams and in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas
· A digital native and a leader who has driven and led disruption and innovation and is energized by developing new products with the customer in mind.
· An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate vision and seek alignment across all parties.
· You have the ability to influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
