Responsibilities: * End-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, etc. * Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful * Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks * Occasionally manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer * Generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to draw information and knowledge from, and partner to drive solutions * Clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, and communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal/external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner * Spot performance opportunities * Notice trends and how to fix/add to R&D roadmap * Monitor performance
